Hey guys! As we get closer to the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 23, leaks about the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra are popping up everywhere. Now, we’re finally getting a clearer picture of the specs and features of Samsung’s upcoming premium flagship lineup.
So, all three models—S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra—are getting thinner bezels, making the screen-to-body ratio even better than last year’s models. Even though the battery capacity remains the same, these phones are now lighter, which is always a plus. Oh, and here’s an interesting part—Samsung is bringing Qi2 wireless charging support to these phones, but you’ll need a special case for it.
Now, if you’re eyeing the S25 Ultra, there’s good news! This beast is rumored to have a larger 6.9-inch display while keeping an insane 91.4% screen-to-body ratio. That means less bezel, more screen, which is always a win!
Samsung isn’t playing around when it comes to performance. All three phones are said to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which Samsung has slightly overclocked for even better performance. This means faster speeds, better efficiency, and top-tier gaming performance.

So yeah, the Galaxy S25 series is shaping up to be a massive upgrade, especially with its sleeker design, better display, and powerful chipset. Can’t wait to see the official launch!
They discussed the pricing details for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, including expected prices for the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models.
In some regions, the Galaxy S25 and S25+ will be powered by the Exynos 2500 chipset, not the Snapdragon 8 Elite. So depending on where you are, the chipset might differ. But don’t worry, both chips are expected to deliver high-end performance. Additionally, all models will come with 12GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and gaming.
As for the camera, there were rumors suggesting that the S25 series would feature a 50MP 3x telephoto camera, but the latest update reveals that the 10MP telephoto camera will remain. The only significant change is the ultra-wide camera, which is upgraded from 12MP to 50MP. With the increased resolution, expect better detail and improved performance in low-light conditions for ultra-wide shots.
So while the telephoto camera isn’t changing, the ultra-wide upgrade could still offer a noticeable improvement in your photography experience.
